Phew what a HUGE weekend that was, I'm worn out and almost glad to be back at work so I can get some rest! Saturday was Salute of course and yesterday the Rejects held an ACW game with a few guest players drawn from the ranks of fellow Bloggers. I've shot about 800 pictures over the last two days so it's taking a while to work through them to select the best for publishing. Hopefully I'll have a few pictures up this afternoon but in the meantime here's a group shot of yesterdays rejects game, the Battle of Salutesville!
I'll post my SALUTE pictures and the BatRep from yesterdays game over the next few days. Thanks to the Warlords for hosting such a great show, to Postie for hosting such a great game and thanks to Fran for the Pasta! Also a big thank you to Tamsin, Kurt and Seb for joining us and making yesterdays game such good fun.
Good times indeed - good to see Fran smiling too :-)
ReplyDeleteThat Angry Lurker fellow is pure eye candy!
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to seeing the next 799 pics :-)
ReplyDeleteGreat to see so many happy faces, was this before the Pasta?
ReplyDeleteian
it was after the delicious pasta. Fran is smiling because he's winning, and if Postie doesn't look that happy, that's because Ray's poking him from behind ;P
DeleteYup, it was a great game, sad I had to back early.
It was really nice finally meeting you guys.
I just hope my troops finally got the bridge
Goodness me! Faces to the names. Great. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteLee - was great to meet you this weekend and I'm really happy that you guys invited me to join your game yesterday. This has been an amazing weekend :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a cast! Can't wait to see the piccies and the report!
ReplyDeleteLooks like fantastic fun Lee. Many, many apologies for not making it around to say hello in person on Saturday. But, there's always the next show!
ReplyDeleteWhat a fine bunch of rejects!!
ReplyDeleteGreat pic Lee!!! do you mind if I pinch it??
ReplyDeleteBe my guest.
DeleteGreat to see fellow bloggers getting together from around the world!
ReplyDeleteSeb...they got onto the bridge but got pushed back off it by Jacks Skirmishers. In the last turn of the game they were charged by his only other available unit, which had itself fallen back out of melee with another of your units, regrouped and moved back into charge range.
ReplyDeleteD'oh!
DeleteMurderer's Row... I mean, nice photo!
