Ring of Power

I won't be getting much painting or Blogging done today because I'm off work and out shopping with my wife. In August we will have been married 20 years and although we don't normally go in for cards and presents and all that fluffy stuff even we know such a milestone warrant's a special anniversary present. The wife has said she would like a new ring (a ring of power no doubt!) so I'm taking advantage of a spare holiday to take her out shopping.

Which just leaves a question as to what I want for an anniversary present... well frankly I haven't got a clue, but I doubt if a box of mini's is what she has in mind!

  1. Congratulations! Maybe a nice eternity ring for the love of your life? Provided she doesn't already have one, of course! Also, perhaps a holiday trip to somewhere that suits both of you, with some added historical attraction?

  2. Congratulations! You got married really young then. As for a present for you... an iPad? A war gamer's best friend these days (lots of rules and books in electronic format, access to internet, blogs, emails, videos, capacity to take and post photos or videos, listening to music.... and some nice games to play too!!!

  11. Happy 20th! I hope you chose her present well!

Oh and to lose points, use the "eye is always watching" line in reference to your wife.
