Broadside 2017...a handful of pictures

I didn't get much time at all to look around Broadside this year. Our table was so busy the day shot past and before I knew it we were packing up to come home. I didn't even get a chance to look at the traders this year! I only took a handful of photo's of the other games as I ran around to decide what to vote for (lots of very good games this year) so apologies for the lack of detail or close up pictures.

Deal Wargames Society - Tank Action at Prudka, Poland 1937 in 20mm. Lots of nice detail models in this game including first aid stations, field kitchens and OP's.

Skirmish Wargames -  Blood in the Snow - 54mm French Indian Wars

Medway Wargamers - Wrath of Kings?

Rainham Wargames Club - "The Men who would be Kings" - A colonial Sudanese vs British game. This was a lovely looking game with some nice terrain and figures.

Friday Night Fight Club - "High Noon" - A Wild West Exodus participation game

Milton Hundreds Wargames Club - Not only did the club run an excellent show they also put on a game!

Rochester Games - WWII Western Desert using the new 4th edition Flames of War rules

"Jurassic Park" participation game - I played this at Salute and as well as looking really good it was a fun little game

Maidstone Wargames - "Fenris Decending" - A fantastic looking  sci-fi game with scratch built models and terrain

SEEMS - "Lords of the Wine Dark Sea" 1/200 Ancient Naval

Shepway Wargamers -  "I am Frank Hammer" West Texas 1930

American Civil War

Gravesend Gamers Guild - "Tanks!"

I wasn't the only blogger taking photo's and I highly recommend looking on da Gobbo's Grotto blog and Anything but a One for more excellent pictures of the Demo and Participation games on offer at this years show.

One thing I noticed this year was the general lack of table signage which made it a bit hard working out what the games were. I have had to rely on other peoples blogs and club websites to identify some games, so apologies if I have captioned anything incorrectly. The table space seemed a bit limited this year so maybe it got left off out of necessity.
