I've been talking about it for months and now its time to reveal my entry to the Salute Painting Competition. I painted last years Salute Model, the Goblin Chieftain on Enormous Wolf.
And here are some photo's from the development stages showing some of the prep work that went into the model. Click on the thumbnail to embiggen.
That's a very, very nice job on the 'not a mounted LOTR' Warg, Lee. The Mithril stuff is hard to paint: you need to actually paint it rather than hit the drybrushing and ink wash and you've done a fab bit of work here. As the chap who commissioned the 'Not a Warg, Honest' figure it's really nice to see another one painted - and really well
Thank you for leaving a comment. I always try to reply as soon as I can, so why not pop back later and continue the conversation. In the meantime, check out my YouTube channel Miniature Adventures TV
