Today of course is Remembrance Sunday and this year of course is a very special occasion as it marks 100 years since the guns fell silent. I was going to write a long post about the armistice but nothing I have written so far seems to do the subject justice. So Instead I'll just quote the exhortation given at all remembrance ceremonies.
"They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning
We will remember them."
