Years ago I wrote an article about writer's block and realised that a lot of the advice in it could equally apply to painters block. This is the dreaded phenomenon where enthusiasm for a project dries up and the very thought of picking up a brush fills you with dread. This video has a few simple techniques to help you get your painting mojo back.
As always I'd love to hear what you think about y tips and let me know if you have some of your own. Please leave your comments below, or on my Youtube Channel Miniature Adventures. And as always I'd ask that if you enjoyed the video please like, subscribe and share.
Stay safe, keep gaming and of course, keep rolling high!
Real nice video Lee! I do most of the things you mentioned and with a bit of patience it works! Thanks for sharing anyway!

Thanks Peter. Sometimes just taking a short break is all it takes, or just having some variety on the paint desk to keep the interest levels up.
DeleteI don't get painters block but I do, occasionally, get tires of painting.
ReplyDeleteBut now I have 6 figures form the Carnevale range (Queens of the Adriatic) from TT Combat. Principally because I saw the Monk (?) and thought, that will do nicely for Frostgrave! A Golem and some Imps (D&D) for Frostgrave. All from the UK Games Expo at the NEC in Birmingham last Friday
