It's the end of Mental Health Awareness Week here in the UK and this got me thinking (not for the first time) about the Meaningful Connections I have made through my hobby and how important they are for good mental health.
The Rejects are an eclectic (and sometimes entertainingly recalcitrant) bunch but I would have lost the plot without our Monday evening paint and chat sessions over the last couple of years.
Ditto Lee. As a career Army officer I have first hand and intimate knowledge of mental health awareness. It has been encouraging to me how many fellow veterans of many countries have used painting and gaming as a meaningful activity that has helped with total health. Neil
Thank you for leaving a comment. I always try to reply as soon as I can, so why not pop back later and continue the conversation. In the meantime, check out my YouTube channel Miniature Adventures TV
